Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently payments are processed through Afterpay and PayPal.
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia, and PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How do I sign up for Afterpay?

Afterpay is available to all people who:

  • Live in Australia;
  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and
  • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.

You do not need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. 

When you are making a purchase with one of our favourite stores found in the Shop Directory, simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. 

Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details upon checkout.

Can I pickup my order?

Unfortunately, pickups are not currently available.

How much does delivery cost?

For orders below $150, there is an $12.50 flat rate shipping cost.
All orders of $150 and up, are eligible for FREE Standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

All costumes are sent by StarTrack from our warehouse facility located in Melbourne..
Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
All orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time between Monday – Friday will be posted on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.

How do I know if my order has been shipped, and how can I track it?

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery.

How do I return an item?

You can return your purchase for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods.
We will only accept items which are unopened and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for masks, and wigs.

All returns are subject to inspection from staff and a refund will be refused if an item has been opened, tampered with or shows signs of being used.

The buyer is liable for all return shipping for change of mind purchases.
